Policies

Deposit upon booking;

  1. 30% deposit non refundable when the contract is signed.
  2. Cancellation is possible  72 hours prior to the reservation date, if not the total amount will be charged.

 

Parking fees;  

If applicable for the clients needs at the event in question, parking fees will be assumed by the client.

Availability and breakdown;

 In case of the breakdown of one or all vehicle(s) mentioned above in this contract, Service Limousine Montreal reserves the right to replace the limousine(s) with one or more available vehicles to accommodate the number of passengers after the beginning of the contract and if it is impossible to remedy the situation, there will be no amount required by Service Limousine Montreal. If Service Limousine Montreal is in the impossibility of rendering the services due to the breakdown of vehicles or for all other cases, the deposit will be refunded to the customer without any other claims against Service Limousine Montreal.

 

Damage;

 The client will be responsible for all damage made to the vehicle by the client or his guests and it will be charged to the credit card of the client.

 

Additional time without booking;

If the client wishes to add additional time to the contract after the beginning of the contract, it will be charged to the client`s credit card at the same fixed rate per hour as the fixed rate per hour of the booking.
